Derelict World out now!

I'm really glad to announce that the third False Mirror album 'Derelict World' is out now on Malignant Records. After over 3 years of work, it's finally done.
The album comes as a special edition 3-fold DigiPak, including a 20-page booklet with a short story by writer and journalist Bjørn Springorum. You can listen to previews on the releases section or on the home page of falsemirror.de. I've also made a medley video as preview for the album which can be watched on Youtube or Vimeo

You can buy the album on my shop, on the Malignant Mailorder or anywhere else you find it (Amazon should have it soon). MP3 versions on iTunes and Amazon-MP3 will follow.



The stunning artwork of this album was made by photo artist Steve Payne.
I was surfing flicker to find some inspiration for the album when I stumbled upon his HDR photo 'Dungeness Derelict', I never could have imagined any cover fitting better to the music.

I'm also very happy that my good friend Bjørn wrote a short story for the booklet which really adds another dimension to the release and provides some more detailed information about the fictional events that form the plot of this album.

Last but not least, there are secret messages hidden on the CD version of the release which might guide you on a quest to a derelict 'Bonus World'. Click here for additional information about this quest.
